Purpose of position: The Office of Senator JT Eden is looking for a motivated volunteer to lead the office’s policy creation and analysis functions. The Chief of Staff will have a hands-on role in reviewing weekly legislation, collecting and analyzing input, and advising the office on action plans.
Duties and responsibilities:
Attend weekly office staff meetings
Review weekly legislation before the ASUCD Senate
Coordinate the functions of the office
Draft legislation to further office policy goals
Other activities based on individual interests and/or career goals
Skills and requirements:
Interest in policy making, government, and/or non-profit work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills
Proficiency in G-suit tools

Purpose of position:
The office of Senator JT Eden is looking for a volunteer staffer to create a social media presence for the office and support additional outreach efforts.
Duties and responsibilities:
Design graphics for Instagram and other social platforms
Design marketing materials for events and initiatives
Assist in the management of the office Instagram account
Draft and edit written communication materials
Attend weekly office staff meetings
Skills and requirements:
Knowledge of Canva design tool
Experience with graphic design preferred
Strong written communication skills
No prior experience required
Constituent Services Lead - Apply here!
Purpose of position: The office of Senator JT Eden is looking for a motivated volunteer to lead the office’s constituent service mission. A core goal of the office is to be a resource to students, and to be responsive to their needs. This volunteer will help compile campus and ASUCD resources and will lead outreach programs to gather constituent input.
Duties and responsibilities:
Compile comprehensive resources for students and present on the office website
Create and maintain multiple channels of constituent communication
Collaborate with other ASUCD entities to consolidate resources.

Skills and requirements:

Web design experience/skills preferred but not required
