I came to San Carlos from Redwood City when I was six years old. At that time, I was so excited to be moving here with my family and I couldn’t wait to see my new home. That excitement for San Carlos never left me. Now, at 18 years old, I’m very proud to still be able to call this city my home.
Growing up, I attended Heather Elementary School, Tierra Linda Middle School, Carlmont High School, and Cañada College.
San Carlos is a beautiful town. I love hiking in Eaton park with my two dogs and watching the bright city lights at night on Crestview Drive. Yet, we can still take further action to make our city more inclusive and progressive. I believe that the people of San Carlos have a strong desire to create such a positive environment, and I know that together, we can achieve a better future.
